My grandmother's recipes
Made of Buckwheat flour ( gluten free ) the Galette, which is more properly called "galette bretonne" is a savoury taste dish.
Our Crêpes, made of import french wheat flour are served with a sweet filling and usually slightly smaller than the galettes.
From our French Alps
To be able to taste the "assiette de Paccaly" you will have to walk from alt. 1050 to 1650 m in the french alps, basically 2 hours walk at a good speed.
